അജ്‌മലിനെ നീപ്പാളില്‍ നിന്ന്‌ മുമ്പേ പിടികൂടി: അഭിഭാഷകന്‍
റാവല്‍പിണ്ടി: മുംബൈ ആക്രമണത്തിനിടെ പിടികൂടിയ അജ്‌മല്‍ കസബിനെ 2006നു മുമ്പേ ഇന്ത്യന്‍ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥര്‍ നീപ്പാളില്‍ വച്ചു പിടികൂടി അജ്ഞാതകേന്ദ്രത്തിലടച്ചതാണെന്ന്‌ അഭിഭാഷകന്‍. ബിസിനസ്‌ ആവശ്യാര്‍ഥം കാഠ്‌മണ്ഡുവിലെത്തിയ അജ്‌മലിനെയും സംഘത്തെയും നീപ്പാള്‍ സൈനികരുടെ സഹായത്തോടെ ഇന്ത്യന്‍ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥര്‍ പിടികൂടിയെന്നാണ്‌ അഭിഭാഷകന്‍ സി എം ഫാറൂഖ്‌ ജിയോ ന്യൂസിനോടു പറഞ്ഞത്. ബിസിനസ്‌ സംഘത്തെ അന്യായമായി പിടികൂടിയതുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട്‌ 2008 ഫെബ്രുവരിയില്‍ താന്‍ നല്‍കിയ ഹരജി നീപ്പാള്‍ സുപ്രിംകോടതിയുടെ പരിഗണനയിലാണ്‌. കേസ്‌ പരിഗണനയ്‌ക്കെടുത്ത കോടതി ഇന്ത്യന്‍ ഹൈക്കമ്മീഷനും നീപ്പാള്‍ സേനയ്‌ക്കും നോട്ടീസ്‌ അയച്ചിട്ടുമുണ്ട്‌.
അജ്‌മല്‍ അടക്കമുള്ള പാക്‌ സംഘത്തെ വിട്ടയക്കണമെന്നാവശ്യപ്പെട്ട്‌ നീപ്പാളില്‍ നടത്തിയ വാര്‍ത്താസമ്മേളനത്തില്‍ പിന്നീടൊരവസരത്തില്‍ ഉപയോഗിക്കാന്‍ ഇവരെ അജ്ഞാതകേന്ദ്രത്തില്‍ താമസിപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കാനിടയുണ്ടെന്നു സംശയം പ്രകടിപ്പിച്ചിരുന്നുവെന്നും ഫാറൂഖ്‌ പറഞ്ഞു. അജ്‌മലിന്റെ മാതാപിതാക്കളുടെ അഭ്യര്‍ഥനപ്രകാരം ഇന്ത്യ-പാക്‌ സര്‍ക്കാരുകള്‍ക്ക്‌ താന്‍ കത്തുകള്‍ എഴുതിയിരുന്നു. പിടിയിലായ ശേഷം അജ്‌മലിനെക്കുറിച്ചു യാതൊരു വിവരവും തനിക്കു ലഭിച്ചിട്ടില്ലെന്നും വോയ്‌സ്‌ ഓഫ്‌ ഹ്യൂമന്‍ റൈറ്റ്‌സ്‌ എന്ന സര്‍ക്കാരിതര സംഘടനയുടെ നേതാവുകൂടിയായ അഭിഭാഷകന്‍ അറിയിച്ചു. യഥാര്‍ഥ വിസയില്‍ ബിസിനസ്‌ ആവശ്യാര്‍ഥം നീപ്പാളിലെത്തിയ പാക്‌ സംഘത്തെ പിടികൂടിയശേഷം മുംബൈ ആക്രമണത്തില്‍ ഉപയോഗിച്ചിരിക്കാമെന്നും ജിയോ ന്യൂസിനോട്‌ ഫാറൂഖ്‌ പറഞ്ഞു. പാക്‌ ദിനപത്രമായ ദി ന്യൂസ്‌ ആണ് ഈ റിപോര്‍ട്ട്‌ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചത്‌.

a simple doubt , we have a million of muslim population in india. the terrorists ,or suspected terrorists or those supporting them will be very very less ,say 10000.rest all are common people .why we are too worrying about those suspected.india is ruling by UPA not rss or bjp.UPA has got a good relation with all minority groups ie , they will do anything for them bcos of votebank politics.iam not a communalist or an rss person , i have a lot of muslim friends and i won't consider any of them as terrorists .but the fear in common man is the majority of the terrorists are muslims except LTTE ,IRISH REPUBLICAN ARMY . have you done anything to prevet terrorism in your community .my brother was in love with a muslim girl and he was about to marry her .he was beaten by a group of ndf people and thretend by them bcos he was a hindu .we ware ready to accept the girl into our family without convertin her to hindu religion ,i think therir family too willing to the marrige .but you peple distructed every thng , please give your opinion in this anyway you are writing as a really lover of humanity

കഷ്ടം, .. നിങ്ങളെക്കാള്‍ ഭേദം പാകിസ്താന്‍ ആണ് .. അവര്‍ കൂടെ കൂടി ഒടിക്കൊടുക്കുന്നില്ലല്ലോ .. ഇതാണ് മുഷറഫ് പണ്ട് പറഞ്ഞത് .. ഇന്ത്യയോട് യുദ്ധം ചെയ്യാന്‍ ഞങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് പാകിസ്താന്‍ പട്ടാളം വേണ്ടെന്നു .. ഇന്ത്യയില്‍ തന്നെ ഉണ്ടല്ലോ .. ആവശ്യത്തിനു പാകികള്‍ ..
